What safety measures do you have in place for riders?

 

We prioritize the safety of our riders above all else. All participants are provided with helmets and protective gear. Additionally, each tour begins with a comprehensive safety briefing, and our guides are equipped with a first aid kit.

 

I'm new to electric skateboarding. Do you offer training or guidance?

 

Absolutely! Before embarking on the tour, all participants undergo a hands-on training session to familiarize themselves with the electric skateboard's operations. Our skilled guides will ensure you're confident in riding before setting off.

 

Are there age or weight restrictions for participants?

 

Riders must be at least 16 years old to operate the electric skateboard. We also have a weight restriction of [specific weight, e.g., "120 kg"] for the safety of the participants and to ensure the board's optimum performance.

 

What happens if there's bad weather on the day of my booked tour?

 

The safety and enjoyment of our participants are paramount. In the event of inclement weather, we might reschedule the tour to a later date at no additional charge. If rescheduling isn't possible or convenient for you, a full refund will be provided.

 

Do I need to bring any special equipment or gear?

 

Riders should wear closed-toe sneakers or shoes for safety. While we provide helmets and protective gear, you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Otherwise, just bring your adventurous spirit, and we'll handle the rest!

 

Are group or private tours available?

 

Yes, we offer both group and private tours. While we can organize private tours tailored to your needs, please note that we charge for a minimum of 4 participants, even if there are fewer attendees. Our maximum group size for any tour is 7 people. For any special requests or inquiries, kindly use our contact form.

Can I rent the electric skateboard without taking a tour?

Yes, you can rent an eSkate with the safety gears in our shop.

 

Are there any health or physical conditions that might restrict me from participating?

 

We want to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our participants. If you're familiar with the physical requirements of traditional skateboarding, it's quite similar. . Pregnant individuals are not allowed to participate in our tours as it may pose potential risks to both the expectant mother and the unborn child. We advise those with significant health or mobility issues to consult with us prior to booking. Also, please note there's a weight limit of 120kg for riders. We appreciate your understanding and always prioritize the well-being of our guests.
